North Greenville University 2019 - 2023
2021: Named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-South 3rd Team, the USILA announced. Cecere is North Greenville's first all-region player in program history, which dates back to 2015. The junior from Grand Island, NY put together an impressive junior campaign, leading the program with 44 goals and 20 assists while also contributing defensively with 11 caused turnovers. His impressive season earned him the Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Year Award as well as an All-Conference Carolinas 1st Team honor. Cecere has now led the program in goals for two straight seasons and finished second on the team his freshman year.
2020: Appeared in 9 games, starting all 9... scored 30 goals and 4 assists in this Covid shortened season.
2019: Appeared in 16 games and started 14... second on team in goals (32) and tallied 38 total points, including 2 goals against #1 ranked Limestone College.

2018:  Appeared in 13 games for the Cardinals, starting in six ... grabbed four ground balls and caused five turnovers as a freshman.

One of the best groundball men in all of Division III... played one year of soccer at SU... earned Academic All-District honors in that sport... As a junior: named PAC Player of the Week on March 19 after opening the year with six goals and eight assists in three games... had the game winner in an 11-10 victory over Mt. St. Joseph on March 13... As a sophomore: started and played in 11 games... was second on the team with 12 assists... also added five goals for 17 points... had a team high 97 groundballs and recorded 12 caused turnovers... was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District III Men's at-large second team... was named Academic All-State as well... As a freshman: started eight of the 14 games he played in... scooped up 109 groundballs... missed the school record in that category by one... was named to the PAC All-Sportmanship team...
