The Troy Normandin Award
Awarded to that member of the Grand Island varsity lacrosse team who displays the best mental and physical spirit.
Coach Normandin coached the Grand Island J.V. lacrosse team form 1988 – 1993 and it is no coincidence that the lacrosse program blossomed during his tenure. The toughness and passion that he brought to the game was infectious to his players. He also exemplified mental and physical spirit as a player for Grand Island (’83), averaging 4 points a game as a senior.
